High-quality photography is one of the most important factors for potential buyers shopping for a new home. I prefer to take my time, staging each room appropriately, shooting multiple exposures (flash, windows, and natural ambient light) for each room. After the shoot, I use Photoshop, Lightroom and Luminar 4 to hand blend all of the images into one. This eliminates any harsh, unnatural shadows, glare, and color casting created by the flash, and results in a high-quality, natural image.
